  13. Basically, what happens is when it hits the character semicolon (;),
  14. it shuts off the speaker.  Under Win95, it is always inserted after
  15. ATDT, and so it is unavoidable.  If you're using an old win3.1 or DOS
  16. comm program, you should hear it just fine.
